1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of japanradios.com and any purchase of radio unlock codes, Map SD cards, language conversion, or related services from JapanRadios (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They should be read together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

We calculate factory radio unlock/security codes for Japanese Domestic Market head units (including Toyota ERC, Honda Gathers, Kenwood, Clarion, Alpine, Eclipse and Panasonic systems) and supply pre-loaded boot Map SD cards. Unlock codes are calculated from details you supply — the on-screen ERC string, serial number, or barcode photo. Codes restore factory functions; they are not hacking tools and we do not bypass theft protection on units you do not own.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You confirm you own the vehicle or radio, or are authorised by the owner to unlock it.
  • You supply accurate model information and clear photos of the screen or label when asked.
  • You understand that codes are permanent factory codes and remain valid after future battery disconnections.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP where applicable and confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken through secure, encrypted checkout. A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it.

5. Delivery and Performance

Digital codes are normally delivered within 10–20 minutes of verification, and within 15–30 minutes for Kenwood systems. Physical Map SD cards are dispatched express with tracking. Timeframes are targets, not guarantees; delays caused by incorrect information supplied by you are outside our control.

6. Liability

We supply codes and media with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for radios with pre-existing hardware faults, for damage arising from third-party repairs, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by JapanRadios or its licensors. Manufacturer names and model numbers are used for compatibility identification only; we are not affiliated with Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Kenwood, Panasonic or any other manufacturer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which these terms do not affect.
